CDT is a foreign private issuer and is required to file annual reports with the SEC on Form 20-F and furnish other reports on a Form 6-K. The Form 20-F must be filed within four months after the end of each fiscal year. Foreign private issuers are not generally required to provide quarterly financial information to their shareholders. However, Nasdaq requires CDT as a foreign private issuer to furnish on a Form 6-K our interim balance sheet and income statement as of the end of their second quarter and it must be provided not later than 6 months following the end of our second quarter.
